A SIP OF IRISH, is a highly anticipated New Feature Documentary, distributed by Swipe Films. It will be released in the UK and Ireland.. It was filmed locally at The Baileys Farm in Tinahely, known as The orchard Centre, and also filmed at St Patrick's Well, Toberpatrick, so there is a strong local storyline in the film. Directed by Frank Mannion.

The screening will be introduced by the director Frank Mannion and Joe Hayden of Baileys Farm.

A Sip of Irish celebrates the incredible story of Ireland's contribution to the culinary and drinks scene, with appearances from Laura Whitmore, Ryan Tubridy, Pat Shortt, Joe Hayden of Baileys Farm, Una Healy, Michael Flatley (founder of Flatley Whiskey) and Jurassic Park actor Sam Neill (who grew up in Tyrone).
