To mark 3 years of the Wicklow Artists Salon, for this unique salon we will take a group walk in the magical atmosphere of Tomnafinnege woods. Afterwards we will return to The Courthouse Arts Centre Tinahely for lunch and a chat.

Musician Aindrias de Staic brings his celebrated storytelling show By the Light of the Silvery Moon to The Courthouse Arts Centre on Friday 16 October, joined by his exceptional Bardic Troupe featuring Brian Fleming and Aisling Lyons.

Tolü Makay is a Nigerian-Irish alternative pop soul artist celebrated for her commanding voice and emotionally charged performances. Tolü has performed across Europe and the US. Highlights include opening for Disclosure at Guinness’ inaugural festival, Supporting Gabrielle in the 3 Arena, Starring in an RTE Documentary alongside Lewis Capaldi and Niall Horan, and performing for the President of Ireland at his 80th Birthday. Her song Aye was featured in the series Conversations with Friends. She has also featured on The Late Late Show, The Tommy Tiernan Show and Dancing with the Stars in 2026 where she made it to the Final. Her breakout moment came from a cover of “N17” that went viral, moving Graham Norton to tears. This also led to her performing in the John F. Kennedy centre in Washington. In 2025, Tolü released her EP “People Still Cry in the Summer”. She has just announced an Irish Tour in 2026.

Maria Doyle Kennedy has sustained a varied and eclectic career in the Arts for more than 3 decades . Maria set up her own record label in 2000 and has released 11 solo albums to date. 

The Irish Times and Hot Press described her as “ one of Ireland’s most accomplished vocalists and a national treasure”. 

Musical collaborations include Duets with Damien Rice, John Prine, Paul Brady and Donal Lunny on her Album “Sing” released in 2012. In 2017 Maria appeared in the Video for “Century” with Leslie Feist and Jarvis Cocker.

A special evening of music and spirit with Leslie Dowdall, Myles Drennan & Hugh Buckley. As part of her Autumn/Winter tour, Leslie Dowdall returns to the stage for a special concert  on Friday, December 4th, alongside renowned guitarist and musician Hugh Buckley, and  Myles Drennan  who has been a byword for excellence among Irish musicians for more than a decade, both as drummer and pianist.

Leslie is best known as the distinctive voice of Celtic rock band In Tua Nua, she is recognised as one of Ireland’s finest performers and a former winner of the Heineken Hot Press Award for Best Female Artist.

cuppa. There is an optional Talisman Making Workshop in the afternoon (link to be
